Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as cosmetics cannot be returned.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- health and personal care items
Refunds
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. However, we are happy to assist you with an exchange for another item available in our store.
Sale items
We offer exchange even on sales items . however, Exchanges are honored based on the original purchase price of the item. If the sale price has since changed, the value of the exchange will remain equal to the amount paid at the time of purchase.
Exchanges
Please note that we only offer exchanges for shapewear and defective items. Unfortunately, skincare and cosmetic products are not eligible for exchange.
